House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). The cooler months are especially inviting, with a wood fire that keeps you warm while creating a cosy ambience.

Garden Tap House is located on Historic Piper Street, Kyneton and is walking distance to the regions' premier restaurants, shops and bars. The Garden Tap House is a short drive to Victoria's central wine region. The accommodation is great for couples, groups, & families and features 3 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two king singles in each. The backyard is a shared space with a cafe named the Courtyard.

A late 1970's house recently fully renovated, offers guests a clean, comfortable and affordable option for self catered accommodation. Red Door is within easy walking distance of the Kyneton Botanic Gardens which provide access to the Kyneton Community Park Adventure Playground and the Campaspe River Walk.
