Ranta sopii erittäin hyvin myös lasten uimiseen. Alueella hyvät harrastusmahdollisuudet, talvisin hiihto, lumikenkäily, talvikalastus ja moottorikelkkailu (siirtymäreitti viralliselle kelkkareitille). Hyvät kalastusmahdollisuudet, sijaitsee Muojärvi-Kuusamojärvi vesistön alueella, vesiyhteys Kuusamon keskustaan sekä itärajalle.

Bastu och terass, sovalkov i övre och nedre våningen med dubbelsängar, samt ett loft med en parsäng och en 120cm säng. Vandrings-, cykelleder och längdskidspår, 50m. Stugan är idealisk speciellt för par, små familjer eller distansarbetare. Vi har även några andra stugor på Ruka som är ski in ski out.
