Most important thing in our place are the view to the pond and swamp. Thats why the interior are very minimal, without any loud colours. The view changes in every season and every season can offer a diffrent feeling. Misty fields with swans in a pond or a bright sunshine cuddling your nose in the morning are the usual.

Our spacious, newly renovated, cozy and clean 108 sq. m. apartment is in the central part of the city, in the old historical building that is surrounded by valuable historical houses in German architecture style. The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.

We are near the Baltic sea that leads through the Bernāti Nature Park. The house is heated by wood stove, which provides heating in any season. Sauna, grill and firewood are included in the price.

Just walk through the pines forest in 5 min and you are at the beach. The very center of Palanga is 20 min away on foot, playground for children is 5 min away on foot. The building is freshly built and all is brand new. Through your window you can see the pond. In the terrace/balcony you can enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and quick wifi.
