There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

The city center is 15-20min away by car. Zagreb Airport is 25km away. The apartment is set up as a hotel suite and has no standard kitchen included. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a tea kettle, and basic utensils.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Mattina pruža potpuno nov i moderan smještaj u prostoru od 67m2 s velikim balkonom i prekrasnim pogledom na prirodu. Sastoji se od kuhinje, blagovaonice, dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice i dodatnim wc-om. Prostor je klimatiziran te posjeduje besplatan WiFi. Za goste je omogućen besplatan privatni parking u garaži. Nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini CITY Center One West koji posjeduje mnoštvo sadržaja poput trgovina i kafića/restorana. Od glavnog Zagrebačkog trga je udaljen nepunih 8 kilometara.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Tram station is 230 meters away (3 minutes walk). It is a 35 minutes drive to center of town. Bus station to Ljubljanica (Remiza) is 10 meters from apartment :). Jarun Market (Tržnica Jarun) is 80 meters away. There you have bars, restaurants, groceries, flower market... It is a must-see place. Lake Jarun is some 15 minutes walk. Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.
