The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed.

Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Kövenig liegt an der landschaftlich wunderschönen Mittelmosel, die durch den Weinbau und durch den Tourismus geprägt ist. Mit ca. 150 Einwohnern ist Kövenig ein beschaulicher Moselort in der Verbandsgemeinde Traben-Trarbach. Unsere 2021 komplett modernisierte Ferienwohnung „Maje“ befindet sich im 2 Stock unseres Ferienhauses mit Blick auf die Mosel und das gegenüberliegende Enkirch.

Die geräumige, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand der Weinberge in der ersten Etage eines ehemaligen Aussiedlerhofes. Genießen sie von hier den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Mosel. Aktivurlaub mit Wandern und Radfahren oder einfach nur chillen und genießen. Hier ist alles möglich. 2 E-Bikes oder Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
