This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Nalazimo se u neposrednoj blizini plaže i parkova. Obiteljska kuća sa više smještajnih jedinica. Svaka jedinica ima vlastitu spavaću sobu, kuhinju sa dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicu i terasu ili balkon. Neke od jedinica imaju pogled na more a neke na vrt. Moguć je i boravak obitelji sa djecom, pomoćni lažajevi za djecu nalaze se u sklopu dnevnih boravka.
