At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. 200 meters from Psaropoula Beach of Koutsounari, the most excellent beach and cleanest sea with blue flag, right next to 5-star hotels. You can go to the beach with 4 min walking. Near are hotels, bars, super markets, taverns, offices to rent cars. You can walk even at night safely and other people doing the same. There is a bus stop near the house, with hourly schedules to go to Ierapetra, Agios Nikolaos or to Makri Gialos, Sitia, Vai.

Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.
