You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is FLISVOS café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

It is located in Agia Irini , bathing in the sun of this unique island.

Open the sea-blue shutters and let in the cooling breeze, then whip up a snack at the urban concrete kitchen countertop at a breezy waterfront retreat. Step onto the spacious, leafy veranda for leisurely sunset drinks with unobstructed ocean views! The apartment is situated next to a sandy beach for a morning swim and a 2-minute walk from the center of Naousa and its main square. Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Το διαμέρισμα Αρμενιστής 2 βρίσκεται στη Νάουσα με πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα,μόλις λίγα μέτρα πιο κάτω βρίσκεται η υπέροχη παραλία Πιπέρι.Η Νάουσα όπου βρίσκεται και το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό με το υπέροχο λιμανάκι της και το ενετικό κάστρο.Μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεστε στο κέντρο της Νάουσας όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλό φαγητό,νυχτερινή ζωή αλλά και τα ψώνια σας στα εμπορικά καταστήματα του χωριού.

Κυκλαδίτικο σπιτάκι στο Αιγαίο.

Είναι μια παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη κατοικία πρώτου ορόφου, ανεξάρτητη με δικές της μεγάλες βεράντες με θέα στην θάλασσα και υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία η οποία απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το χωριό. (Δρόμος τσιμεντόστρωτος , φωτισμένος). Κουζινουλα για μαγειρεμα και μεγάλο νεροχυτη στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Στη μια βεράντα υπάρχει διπλό κρεββάτι για ηλιοθεραπεία η για υπνο αγκαλιά με..... τ' αστέρια!!!!!!
