Mareta loft

Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

Very luxurious loft with beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. Old town is 900 meters away, on the way to it there is a promenade along the sea with several restaurants and bars. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, bus stop, children's playground. The Kotor sandy beach is 400m away and the bus station is 1.5km away. Tourist city tax are not included in price and will be charge when guests arrive, it’s cost 1€ per person per day!

Cozy near beach flat

Really light and open space with great view of the City Marina. Located right on the main promenade, it has access to the beach (only 30m away)... all of the apartments are located in the same house and they all poses private kitchen and bathroom. Parking space is provided for each apartments as well as the option of renting the car from us with special conditions and prices. We are staying on the location as well, and are fully available all the time for out guests.
