The Orange House is an award winning holiday home located on the Tasman Peninsula - 50 acres of fenced paddocks, landscape, walking tracks & views of Norfolk Bay. Guests are greeted by a caretaker & left to enjoy. We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
