Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Apartment Jelena- Modern, 150 meters from beach

Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!

The apartment is approximately 50 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 2A will take you to the Old Town. In front of the apartment is private parking space. Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. A great summer house on perfect location, 10 km away from Dubrovnik connected by public transport, short Uber ride etc. Located in peaceful and beautiful Zaton Bay, green oasis with lovely beaches and clean water. House is very close to the beach (1 minute down the street) and 2 mins away from village centre. Surrounded and isolated with private garden with spacious terrace and eating area. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
