Surrounded by gardens, You will be able to enjoy the bird feeders and fire pit by day while sleeping restfully at night with a new foam topped mattress as well as sound-proofed walls and windows. Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes.
