Also near South Knoxville wilderness hiking and biking trails. 3 acres of land with a large paved fire patio and covered porch. This is a studio attached to my primary home. Ground level apartment in Historic Holston Hills. 700 sq. Ft. Suite with lg.living room and full kitchen. Large bedroom with king bed and new hybrid mattress. We use Pottery Barn bed/ bath linens. We offer a modern updated bathroom. Separate private driveway and keypad entry. Beautiful views and great walking neighborhood. Our suite is stocked with upscale hotel quality bed and bath linens and toiletries! We provide locally roasted coffee. Our goal is to provide a boutique hotel experience!

1 BD Cozy Suite in Knoxville

This new master suite is large and has all the amenities that you will need. King-sized sleigh bed with new mattress. Comfortable loveseat dual recliner. Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins or brownies in your suite. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam. It is smaller than a twin bed.
