Million dollar views of Penobscot Bay. Views of Rockland Harbor, and Rockland light house and local islands. House is located near the end of a dead end paved road and is quiet and private. Steps down to your own private rocky beach and access to another rocky beach. The lower steps are not in during winter months. Fire pit on deck, available April-November. One bedroom upstairs and living, kitchen, bath located on main floor. Best for 1-2 adults or 1-2 adults with small kids.

Cozy Cove Side Cottage.

Rustic, two story, waterfront cottage sits on piers over the water on a quiet cove minutes from open ocean. Beautiful water views on all sides and stunning sunsets make this a very special location. Wake to the sound of lobster boats, enjoy meals on the deck, watch seals, sea birds and sailboats at sunset. Kayak from the dock. First floor kitchen, dining/sitting area plus sunroom. Second floor bedroom and bath. Water views up and down the cove. Minimum 7 day stay.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Beautiful upstairs suite with private entrance. Queen bed offers views of Mt Battie. Living room with TV (dvd and cd player). Kitchenette includes sink, microwave, small fridge, and coffee pot. Antique Barn Apartment at Salt Water Farm

This elegant and comfortable apartment in situated in an antique post & beam barn that sits perched above rolling fields and vegetable gardens looking out over the Penobscot Bay. From the porch, guests can watch the local lobsterman pick up traps and see schooners weaving through the islands. The apartment sits over Salt Water Farm Cooking School, a small recreational cooking school for home cooks.

Boathouse Cabin on the Ocean

Oceanfront GLAMPING. This truly unique waterside cabin is literally just feet from the ocean! If you want to be "on the water" then this is your spot...! You enter by walking down the expansive yard to the cabin (about 200 feet). The indoor bathroom, hot tub, and deck are at the main house where you park.
