E. Gray house
E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

A Rustic Retreat with Country Charm/Scenic views
Breakfast basket included. The cosy cabin features one double and one single bedroom, seperate fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, lounge with sofa, Smart TV with HDMI, Fibre broadband, gas stove and dining table, bathroom with hand basin, toilet and shower. The cabin has double glazed windows with central heating, patio doors opening to south facing veranda with patio furniture and private car park. Quiet surrondings with views of the mountains. Very functional and homely.

Urban Tranquilatree
Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

The Swallow's Nest
Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Alice’s Farmhouse hosted by Tom and Dee
Located 1.5 Km outside Ballyporeen on a quite cul-de-sac nestled in the scenic surroundings of the Galtee mountains and the Knockmealdowns. This old renovated farmhouse provides comfortable accommodation for anyone wishing to explore the area with its many historical sites and attractions for those who love the great outdoors. Just 2km from Mitchelstown cave and 4 km from the Galtee mountains, Alice’s farmhouse is located close to a working dairy farm where cows and hens may pass by.

The Studio in the Sky
From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle
