Will suit families, student travelers, business clients needing accommodation for that early business meeting, bikers for the North West. Desertmartin mix just 4-5 miles, all kinds of travellers from all backgrounds. Seamus Heaney Centre approx 6 miles, Sperrin Mountains within 5 minute drive. Dogs welcome but limited to max of 2 and you must book these at time of booking yourself.

Conveniently located in Mid Ulster, the perfect location for a day trip to Derry City or Belfast. We are a short drive to Portstewart where you can start to explore the scenic North Coast.

Magherafelt has some of the best sporting facilities on the Island of Ireland, including a 50 metre pool, large indoor arena, running track and 4G pitch. Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

We are within an hours drive of Derry and Belfast and also the famous Antrim coastline and Sperrin mountains with the added benefit of being close to some fantastic local attractions to include Seamus Heaney Homeplace, golf, fishing, walks and outdoor water parks. A great place to base your holiday or for that special gettogether or to simply unwind surrounded by nature.

The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.
