We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Centrally Located Apartment With Sea and City View

Apartment is located in the very vicinity of the historical city of Dubrovnik above the town's most beautiful sandy beach Banje (7-10 min walk), near the hotels Grand Villa Argentina and Hotel Excesior, just outside the city walls (15 min walk) and the Ploče gate. It is also very close to the cable car, many restaurants, bars, beaches, shops. The grocery shop is very close, only 10 minutes walk. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons, it has a double bed and two pull out sofa beds.

Enjoy a magnificent view over the Adriatic sea, while having breakfast or drink on a charming balcony. The apartment is located within a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and just a few minutes walk to the nearby beaches. There are several caffee bars, restaurants and shops in vicinity. Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Best view P&K apartment

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
