Trotz der ruhigen Lage umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern sind die Städte Klausen und Brixen nach kurzer Autofahrt schnell erreichbar. Um dem 2016 neu erbauten Wegscheiderhof seinen traditionellen und „urigen“ Charme zu erhalten, haben wir besonders auf ökologische und nachhaltige Bauweise geachtet.

This top-floor apartment, featuring two terraces and large sliding windows, is located within the historic old town. It offers stunning views to both the north and south. Lovingly and extensively renovated three years ago, it now serves as our vacation home. A perfect retreat for enjoying Brixen and its surroundings and equally ideal for simply staying in: contemplating, reading, cooking, or just soaking in the beautiful views. My co-host, Katharina, will be your main point of contact.

The holiday flat was recently renovated and offers you a cosy living atmosphere for 2 to 3 people. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including a dishwasher, Wi-Fi and TV. In the bedroom (also with TV) there is enough space for a baby crib. You will find everything you need for your daily shopping in the village centre, 300 metres from us: a bakery selling a range of grocery items and a butchers’ shop. The restaurant in the village serves good home-style cooking.

The apartment is located on our organically certified winery with a focus on natural wine. You are in the middle of the vines between the village of Villandro and the picturesque town of Chiusa. For alpine tours, the Dolomites are not far away (Val di Funes, Val Gardena, Alpe di Siusi e Plose). Or stroll through the city of Bressanone and Bolzano. In autumn you can spend a relaxed Törggelen evening (typical homemade food by our mam) at our farm.

The apartment is located in St. Zyprian, a quiet little village in the Dolomites at 1100 m above see level. The area offers a lot for outdoor enthusiasts like hiking, mountaineering, biking, skiing and snowshoe hiking. Bus- and cable car station are in a distance of 300 m. There are a lot of hiking routes starting directly from the apartment into and around the beautiful nature park Schlern-Rosengarten. Wonderful landscapes are guaranteed.
