River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.
