Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

Two Dachshund Farm (Lavender & Fiber Farm), LLC

We are a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to Raleigh, Louisburg, Wake Forest, Henderson, & Durham. Meet our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats & more. Tours are included for our guests ifAdditional visitors will need to pay a tour fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Events will be considered. The unit is a 700 sq ft apartment over a garage with private entrance. Twenty stairs lead up to the apartment. A pullout couch accommodates 2 younger children or a teenager/adult.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a wooded lot with double private deck featuring outdoor dining as well as a relaxation area to watch the sun come up with a cup of coffee. We’ve provided a desk set up for remote workers, or use the lift-up coffee table top & stay comfy on the new sectional. New appliances, carpeting and paint. In Franklinton at the corner of Creedmoor, Youngsville & Wake Forest, 28 miles from Raleigh, 30 from the airport and 38 from Durham. Close to Falls Lake.

Woodleaf Wayside

An 1850s cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places was the Plantation Office for the Massenburg Plantation (Woodleaf). It was restored in 1990 and afterwards, became rental property. This two-story, cozy hideaway has a private drive and patio. Native stone and hand hewn beams in basement bedroom provide an unique stay. Full kitchen, modern bathroom, and washer/dryer. Come and go at your leisure. You will receive a keypad combination a day before your scheduled check-in.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

This two story house, located in the quaint town of Franklinton has a covered front porch and a private screened in porch out back. Come sit a spell in one of our porch rockers, watch a train go by or walk one block to the local brewery, restaurants and shops!

Come experience the peace and quiet of this unique tiny house in the county. Curl up in this cozy queen-sized bed in the loft of this private bo-ho cottage. Fix coffee or meals in the kitchen and get some work done at the desk or on the outdoor dining table using the wi-fi. The shower has virtually unlimited hot water. You can also eat dinner or hang out in the hammock in the secret garden under the glow of bistro lights.

Harmony House on 10-Acre Farm with Pond

Relax with the whole family at this remodeled historic home built in 1897. The house has a large pond and is situated on 10 wooded acres we call Noble Fox Farm. Feel free to take a stroll around the property and enjoy the quiet serenity. Our pond has plenty of fish for catch-and-release, or you could bring a canoe or stand-up paddleboard. Downtown Louisburg is just two miles down the road.

Bright and spacious end unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, open floorplan and spacious deck to enjoy an evening cocktail ;) Your four legged family members will be considered for additional cleaning fee.

At this newly renovated one bedroom cottage you can enjoy your favorite beverage in a rocking chair on the porch, lounge by the pool, roast marshmallows by the fire pit or relax in the hot tub. The King Size bed is comfortable. The luxury bathroom has heated tiles.
