Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Our cosy garden cottage with bedsit, kitchen-diner & log-stove is the ideal base for exploring the Trossachs/Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow, Stirling & Edinburgh. Located in scenic, rural Kippen, we are a short walk from shops, post office and 2 gastro-pubs: The Cross Keys and The Inn. A farm shop/cafe with a Deli counter is on the outskirts. Located an old military road, the village features historic buildings & Kippen Church with stained glass windows by Herbert Hendrie.

Our "Newly" refurbished house has an outdoor raised balcony with seating providing stunning views overlooking the River Teith. We have a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living area with two sofas, a double bedroom and lovely shower room and to the rear is a garage. It makes a cosy and relaxing hub suitable for a short break or longer holiday and is in a peaceful central location only a two minute walk from the towns Main Street with its variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

Welcome to our Cabin on the Loch. Our custom built cabin on stilts over the pristine Loch Venachar. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs, not far from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).

The Fox Den

The Fox Den is situated on our family farm in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Using recycled shipping containers that used to store our sheep feed during the winters we have renovated them to create a beautiful country retreat. Relax and unwind in this unique space with panoramic views of the trossachs from the roof terrace. Set amongst 30 acres of native Scottish woodland with walkways and only 1/2km from the River Forth, there’s no better place to enjoy rural Stirlingshire.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.
