Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. Our 800 sf cabin has two bedrooms, one bathroom and large bonus 3rd bedroom/loft area (queen bed, two cots, kids' play area, TV and home office space). Our location is secluded yet conveniently located to all of the activities Deep Creek Lake has to offer. The property backs up to 65 wooded acres at the end of a private road. Peaceful setting with a stream, fire pit, picnic table, and horse shoe pit.

Maybe you will get a sample to try our bbq sauce that awaits you! Relax by the outdoor fire pit and make some s’more’s, or cozy up by the indoor fireplace with your favorite book. Enjoy a walk at the beautiful Cathedral State Park, just a 5 min drive. The smallest church in 48 states is just a 13 min drive. Such a fun, unique place.

This cabin is cozy and off in the middle of nowhere! It's at the end of a private lane that's on a farm at the end of a dead end road. If you're looking to get out in the sticks, this is your place! With that said, it's only about five miles from I-68. Enjoy the hiking trail, fire pit, hammock, horseshoes, mini disc golf course, big place to run around and do whatever you want, and beautiful nights. There is also a ton of destinations should you choose to leave the farm!

Boulder Ridge Cabin, close to Deep Creek, Maryland

Boulder Ridge Cabin is surrounded by woods, but within 15 minutes of Deep Creek Lake, swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, restaurants, Wisp Resort with skiing, snowboarding, mountain coaster, whitewater rafting at Adventure Sports Center International, rock climbing, hiking. Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park are about 15 minutes drive. Piney Mountain State Forest is within walking distance. Mountain biking and fishing are also close by.

From sunrise to sunset the view is incredibly beautiful. 45 min from WVU 2 miles from Camp Dawson Black water falls 40 minutes. Wi-Fi available

Trillium Acres Cottage

Newly Renovated! Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.
