This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. A peaceful, secluded, light, bright and warm cabin, surrounded by fields with horses, countryside views, a mile and a half outside of picturesque Slapton, Slapton Lea Nature reserve and the beach. It is on the edge of our playing field area and has its own fenced garden space. The bathroom; shower, toilet and basin are in the building next door (@20 yards).
