The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children
