Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Located on the Old Brockway Golf Course and walking distance to Kings Beach, the Hill Vacation Rental Cabin is perfectly located for that mountain and "lake life" getaway! The single-story property has a great backyard and the garage is converted into a lounge space with pool table, ping pong and arcade games. Also, enjoy the hot tub after a day on the lake or a round of golf!

Enjoy skiing, boarding, dining, hiking, gambling, and lake fun -- within minutes from our spot. The lake -- 4 minute walk. Town, dining, and gambling -- two minute drive. Northstar - 15 minute drive. Mt Rose -- 20 min drive, and so much more within a close distance.

Cozy, classic and updated A-frame features a view of Donner Lake, a quiet neighborhood, and thoughtful modern updates making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy all that Truckee has to offer! PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.
