Welcome to our spacious, comfortably furnished 2 bdrm/2 bath condo in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley, ID. This quiet location is well-off the main road. It is only a 7-min drive to the River Run ski lodge, downtown Ketchum, or the Sun Valley Lodge/resort. Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

In the summer, you can listen to the Sun Valley Music Festival from the deck, and in the winter, you can hear laughter from the slopes outside your front door. Newly built in 2022, it has a 2-car garage, baby gates, a Pack N Play with mattress, toddler table, high chair, and three large baby mats styled as rugs. Enjoy the pool, splash pad, hot tub, large grassy area, 2 bicycles and a 2-child bike trailer. Very close to the 20+ mile Wood River Trail bike path. Near the airport and construction, so there is some noise during the day, but kids' rooms are more quiet.

This unit has a year-round hot tub and seasonal pool. The unit is 2 bedrooms and a loft (4 beds total) and sleeps 6. Primary Bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Junior Bedroom has a full size bed with a bathroom adjacent to it. Loft has 2 single beds.

Short walking distance to River Run base lodge and ski lifts, and 2 minute walk to town. On free bus route.
