The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. A 10-20 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other. Including the best ever organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a destination town with fun boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants including an exotic tea salon, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Maximum stay: 6 nights.

The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
