Cozy Larkspur Cabaña

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Perched at the top of the historic Dipsea Steps, the apartment is a short walk from Mill Valley’s enchanting boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. Jump on trails and hike the Headlands, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach. The studio has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine and a microwave. Please note, it’s definitely not for cooking meals.

Capture the spirit of 1960s American wanderlust in a gleaming 1969 Airstream. Painstakingly restored with period décor. We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Great WIFI and onsite tech support. Well equipped kitchen. Marin County STR License Number P5274 4 parking spaces in front.

Snuggle up on the sofa with a good book, stream a movie on your tablet, or cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette. Alternatively it's easy to explore downtown Mill Valley by walking down the Dipsea steps or driving.

We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

This is a bed and breakfast, offering coffee, tea, fresh fruit, oatmeal, granola, juice, milk, oat/almond milk etc. This fenced-in property, and large, private, covered deck provides safe storage for guest bikes and sporting equipment. Local trail maps provided for your hiking and biking adventures!

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.
