There are expansive views of Lake Wabasis, a sandy beach, and a secluded & verdant backyard with an adjacent vernal pond that's filled with wildlife and enchanting forrest sounds.

Also, bring your ice skates if the ice is thick enough and enjoy skating around the lake. Grattan Raceway is one mile away. At the end of the day, enjoy the hot tub and a fire on the deck. Only 10 minutes from Rockford, and 30 miles from Downtown Grand Rapids. (Please note this house is not handicap accessible.)
