The facility comprises:-OWN ENTRANCE , lounge/kitchenette,shower room, double bedroom , dressing 2nd bedroom , off road adjacent parking , dedicated private outdoor space and a secure area for cycles. We are ideally suited for trips to the Lakes, Morecambe Bay and the Dales.

Set in two acres of mature trees, gardens and river frontage, with lots of wildlife.

The town of Kendal, in the Lake District National Park, a world heritage site, is 10miles to the west. Access from the M6 at Junction 37 is 5 miles from Sedbergh. We are situated at the foot of the Howgill Fells a great area for walking and cycling.
