It allows you to be in the heart of all that is Kemptown, Brighton whilst at the same time allowing a safe retreat to relax and recharge. 2mins from local cafes, pubs and grocery stores. It's got all you need. Treat yourself and keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located safe haven.

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.
