Very well equipped & an ideal base for rest & activities. Just a few mins walk to Castle Menzies, the Ailean Chraggan bar restaurant, fantastic walks, River Tay, forest tracks etc. 2 min drive/easy 20 min walk to Aberfeldy for shops, fuel, cafes, food. 5-star, helpful (but v unobtrusive) host!

Rock Cottage, Highland Perthshire Rural Retreat

Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Loch Tay- Quiet log cabin, private hot tub & sauna

Birchwood Lodge is a log cabin just above the banks of Loch Tay and in the shadow of the Ben Lawers range of Munros, in Highland Perthshire. It features an open plan design with under floor heating. There's a comfortable double bed, shower room, private hot tub & sauna, gas BBQ, free wifi, DVD player, Sky TV with movies and sports & SONOS music system. We have a private beach with gazebo across the road (shared only when we are at our holiday house), and a Canadian Canoe available for guests.

The Bolthole is self-contained, luxuriously comfortable, beautiful, quirky and pet friendly. Nestled on the hillside of the market town of Aberfeldy, within easy walking distance of the centre, this peaceful guest suite offers a unique space to unwind and relax away from the crowd. Enjoy woodland walks direct from the garden gate, take a long soak in the en-suite’s enormous bath-tub built for two. Cosy up on the sofa with a good book or sit in the garden by the fire & BBQ, watching the sun set.

Delightful chalet overlooking Strathtay

We look forward to sharing our lovely chalet with you. If the weather is fine you will wake up to fabulous views across the valley. There are several good walks right from the chalet, and once down the track the possibilities for walks or spectacular places to visit are endless. The dirt track is about 2 miles (3kms) long, and all uphill. All types of family car can make the drive with care. Not suitable for motorbikes or EV's. Due to the chalet being timber construction BBQ's are not allowed.

The Stag's Rest at Drumdewan Farmhouse, Dull.

A peaceful hideaway in Highland Perthshire at Dull; this secluded suite has a private entrance and small garden. A SUPER-KING bed, luxury linens and a cute lounge to relax in after a days exploring. Stylishly decorated with a mix of new and vintage finds. There is not a full kitchen: no sink or cooker. However, a complimentary continental breakfast is provided to start off your stay. Book a Highland Safari or raft on the River Tay and just 5mins drive to Aberfeldy's shops, pubs, cafes.

Elk Lodge - luxury, lakeside, with mountain views

This is a modern spacious wooden lodge with a stunning lakeside position. Patio doors from lounge and master bedroom open onto the large furnished decking. From there, you can see wildlife, such as Hooper swans, Canada geese, oyster catchers, ducks and deer, with the mountain of Schiehallion beyond. 3 large bedrooms (master with Super Kingsize bed) each with an ensuite. An idyllic base for exploring the scenic heart of Perthshire and its pretty towns of Aberfeldy, Pitlochry and Kenmore.

The Owl House at Gardeners Cottage (dog friendly)

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. Glen Lyon, Ben Lawers, Schiehallion, Aberfeldy, Drummond Hill and Loch Tay are just a stones throw away. Well-behaved dogs welcome (please note that we do not allow cats). The Old Kennels @ Milton of Cluny (with Sauna)

1 bedroom attached cottage in Highland Perthshire, 3 miles from Aberfeldy & Grandtully. Wood fired sauna in adjacent steading (1st use included). Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

Milton Cottage in Glen Lyon

At Milton Cottage we aim to offer guests a cosy retreat to our croft where they can come and unwind in Glenlyon, Scotland’s longest and most beautiful glen. For hill walking, Ben Lawers and 12 munros are within a 6 mile radius. If you like fishing, salmon and trout fishing can be arranged. On request, we offer a three-course dinner. It's all homemade and we regularly cook vegetarian dishes, using our own or local produce where possible. The cottage has reliable WIFI broadband.
