Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

This cosy two-bedroom country cottage sits in the heart of Holt, Wiltshire, offering a peaceful retreat for solo travellers, couples and families with children over 3. It features a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for a home-from-home stay, plus a welcoming log fire and a 100ft wild garden. With fast Wi-Fi and quiet spaces, it’s also suited to remote working. Enjoy country walks, National Trust sites, Bradford on Avon and easy access to Bath, just 25 minutes away.

A Lovely spacious 1 bed Apartment with Patio

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. (Unsuitable for a child under 12). We are close to Kennet & Avon canal . We are close to Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat. For more info on local area go to Tina's guidebook.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Jeannie's Cottage

Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bright and airy apartment (Pigsty Cottage)

Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

Summerdale Annexe

‘Summerdale’ Well appointed private Annexe with own outdoor Courtyard. Summerdale is self-contained and well equipped with a double bed, own private entrance and driveway parking. It features an ensuite shower room, lounge area with Sky TV, kitchenette and private courtyard. The Annexe is a modern space with plenty of natural light and has many homely touches to make your stay comfortable, including hard and soft pillows, coat hangers with hanging space and USB charging points.

Apartment in Countryside with Hot Tub

Luxury two bedroom apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. 'Geoff's View' boasts beautiful views of the front paddock and rolling Wiltshire countryside. Complete with a hot tub! With underfloor heating throughout, an open plan kitchen/living space with oak beams and bi-fold doors which open onto the view of the paddock. Two spacious bedrooms with a king & double bed. Perfect getaway to the countryside, amazing walks and a fishing lake nearby.

Historic 16th Century house in picturesque village

Enjoy this half-timbered house in the beautiful Wiltshire village of Steeple Ashton. In a quiet location next to magnificent gothic St Mary's Church, with its blue clock face, this handsome home blends seamlessly a wealth of period features with modern design. Inside are wood-burning stoves and plenty of space to relax. Outside is a large garden with pond and a patio for al fresco dining. The village has a well-stocked shop and a popular pub serving excellent meals.

Within close proximity to the historic city of Bath and the local market towns of Devizes, Marlborough, Chippenham, Melksham and Calne with regular bus links to all. Perfect for a short business trip, sightseeing or a relaxing break.

Dating back to 1818, this beautiful recently renovated barn is the perfect setting for those seeking a relaxing getaway. With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
