Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.
