Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Our tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a wee fridge/freezer. Check out our waterhole, walk with the cows, relax and enjoy! Paihia 17min drive

You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

Whananaki Barn is on 15 acres of lifestyle block overlooking the sea. It is totally OFF GRID so if you love peace and tranquillity this is the place for you! It has great views of both the native bush and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the beauty, the outdoor space, the sunrise and sunsets and it is off-grid!. Enjoy the lovely setting in beautiful Orongo Bay - just 5 minutes drive into Kororāreka (Russell). Toi Track Shack is a self contained studio style accommodation ideal for couples seeking to getaway. It is located beside our beautiful home but is totally autonomous with parking. Great spot to experience what Kororāreka (Russell) and the Bay of Islands has to offer including nature right on your doorstep. Great for your hike to the Cape. Please note there is no longer a BBQ with the Shack.

The Little Sanctuary

The Little Sanctuary is a perfect place to start your journey around Northland. Located in historic Waimate North, 5 minutes from Te Waimate Mission. Kerikeri or Paihia is 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes to Ngawha Hot Springs. The cabin is a self-contained unit (3x6 metres) with heating/air conditioning, surrounded by cottage gardens filled with flowers creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for you to unwind. Cereal, bread, milk, tea and coffee are provided for you to make breakfast.
