Jis talpomis gabenamas iš mūsų sodybos.Dušo ir šilto vandens nėra. Yra didelė pavėsinė, supynės, laužavietė.Privažiavimas 200m. lauko keliuku per mūsų kiemą.

Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hi The apartment is in the middle of main Kaunas street. Excellent place to live, almost all tourist attractions, theaters, universities, old town is just in walking distance. Also it's really quiet at night. The apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen there is everything you need, also dishwasher, coffee machine. The entrance to the apartment is safe. There are two bedrooms with double beds and sofa in the living room, that converts into comfortable double bed.

The house is surrounded by nature and calmness, as it is near Kauno marios. The Kaunas city center is about 20 minutes away by car. The house is cozy, family and animal friendly, with modern details. A spacious kitchen will be a great place for those who loves to cook. On the first floor you can find living room, one bedroom and a workspace intended for calm and focused environment for work. Upstairs you can find two bedrooms: one can be for kids and a master bedroom.

Friendly for kids. The host lives in the same yard. Two cats in the yard!

It is only 5 minutes to main pedestrian street Laives ave., also 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the railway station by foot. The Old Town you could reach in about 20 minutes by foot. Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.
