Lähimpään naapuriin on 500m. Oma piha ja sähköauton lataus 15€ koko majoittumisenne ajalta Katuvalot eivät häiritse. Alakerrassa on viihtyisä tupakeittiö, sauna ja kylpyhuone. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat kodinkoneet. Yläkerran makuuhuoneissa on erillissängyt, jotka saa tarvittaessa vierekkäin.

Vanha-Seppälä

Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli. Matkaa kohteesta on Levitunturille 40 km (35 min), Yllästunturille 26 km ja Lumikylä Snow Villageen 20 km.

Tämä mobiili minikoti sopii hyvin myös pitempiaikaiseen vierailuun, joten jo pelkkä majoitus on kokemus aktiviteettien keskellä. Kylpytynnyri lisämaksusta, tällä hetkellä ei käytössä.

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri. Kylpytynnyri on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.
