Zemin ve mutfak tezgahı mikrobeton ile yapılmış olup eve farklı bir hava katmıştır. Gökçeadanın keyfini bu tarih ile modernliğin harmanlanmış evinde geçirmek isteyenler için tasarlanmıştır.
