Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fina torp mitt på populära Saltarö med närhet till hav och strand i Stockholms skärgård. På Saltarö finns inom promenadavstånd flera fina stränder, klippbad, kiosk, restaurang, padelbana och tennisbanor. På Barnbadet finns möjlighet att hyra kanot och SUP. Förbi Saltarö går Värmdöleden, en 25 kilometer lång vandringsled genom vacker natur. Från centrala Stockholm tar det ca 40 minuter med bil och 50 minuter med buss från Slussen.
