Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

4Bears- Quiet, central to fishing & activities.

4 Bears is a comfy 1-acre hideaway at the end of a quiet lane. 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath one story home, plus a den w/ full bed, perfect for families & fishing trips. Just 10–15 mins to the Kenai River. Kick back on the deck, fire up the grill, and warm up by the fire pit (we’ve got the firewood and hot cocoa!). Garage for your gear & chest freezer for your catch. Games, cards, & cornhole.
