The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The spacious apartment with a terrace and breath taking mountain views features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, 1 bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

Villa Arcadia is the perfect choice for families seeking a getaway away from the city hustle and everyday stress. The spacious and well-maintained yard features a 36 m² infinity pool with sun loungers, a children’s playground (trampoline, slide, table tennis, and badminton), as well as a barbecue and an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.
