90 mile paradise apartment is north facing (sunshine all day long) with magnificent views of 90 mile beach and the Tasman Ocean with only a 1 minute walk to the beach. You will fall asleep and wake up to the crashing sounds of weaves and smell of the ocean. In the kitchen you can cook your own meal, or use the BBQ outside and eat outdoors comfortably. Cute 1brm cottage - located in Pukenui township. Fully self contained with kitchen, bathroom, toilet & laundry. Queen bed in the bedroom & long single bed in a nook off the kitchen/lounge. Plenty of parking & room for the boat. BBQ available. Walking distance to the local shops, wharf, fishing club & café. Just a 50 minute drive to Cape Reinga & 10 mins out to the famous 90 Mile Beach. Houhora is surrounded by lots of fabulous NZ beaches.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!
