Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located family friendly abode. Nestled at the top of a highly desired mountainside neighborhood, our apartment is attached to a larger home. There is a private entrance, outdoor seating, and a gorgeous view! Our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a Keurig, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen gadgets such as serving spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, dishes, and a full set of pots and pans.

Spend time connecting with friends online or watching your favorite show. This little one bedroom gem is known for the comfort of the bed, and also has a queen size sofa bed. It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year. The apartment is one of two on the top level.
