Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Historic Holly House on Treasure Island

This charming Beach Cottage is located in the Coney Island area of Treasure Island. This unique set of Key West Style beach cottages are on the beach block only STEPS to the beach! This awesome beach cottage, known as The Historic Holly House, has some unique history. In 1961 the New York Yankees rented out all the cottages in this Coney Island area for spring training. This cottage was the one the Home Run King Roger Maris stayed in before he went on to hit 61 home runs that season.

Please note: There’s no guest parking on-site, but paid parking is nearby as well as a frequent public trolley.

Check out our large studio cottage located on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, FL. It is located less than 300 steps from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach. We have a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the property. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk.
