Welcome to our bright and cozy basement retreat that stays cool in the heat of summer and warm in the colder months. It is a great place for golfers and families. Within walking distance to the golf course, guests love the unbeatable location that keeps you close to everything while offering a peaceful place to unwind. We have 2 comfortable queen beds, a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and spa-like bathroom - as well as in-unit laundry, and high speed internet.

This mountain escape is equipped with 1 queen bed , 2 twin beds , and 1 queen sleeper sofa. So bring the family to town and unwind with us . Our goal is to provide the best at a fair price. Sleep in a spacious GRANARY/SILO with 2 separate levels, combining rustic charm with modern comforts! 1st Floor: Living/dining area with a separate bedroom & bathroom. 2nd Floor: studio bedroom, laundry, bath. (Altogether: 2 queens, 2 twins, 2 twin floor mattresses, heat/AC, 2 baths, & laundry.) Cautions/reminders: External stairs only, creek on property, NO animals/pets (owner's family w/ medical allergies that prohibit), NO smoking, has Christian artwork & books.

This entire home has all the updates for you to relax and reenergize after a day filled with activities. Use the spacious kitchen to prepare dinner and then enjoy eating on the patio with fantastic views of Split Mountain. Trailer, RV, boat parking is also available on the property. Take advantage of a shed to store bikes, SUPs, etc. Property is located in front of a farm - enjoy the feel of space and freedom. At harvest time help yourself to the some apricots and apples from the orchard.

Open floor plan 1600 sqft, 3 bed 2 bath home on 1 acre! Goats (Brownie and Oreo), hot tub, arcades, foosball, and beanbag chairs! 24 minutes to the Dinosaur Quarry. You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are right next to the Conference Center and directly across the street from the Western Park. We are within walking distance to both of those locations including restaurants, Main Street, the Dinosaur Museum, and just a couple blocks from the Recreation Center. This fun stylish home has been remodeled from top to bottom with guests in mind. You will find everything you need !

Split Mtn Villa! Cozy 3 bed, 2 bath home with 1,650 sq ft! Sleeps up to 10. On demand water heater. Dish Network and Smart TV in every room w/fiber Internet. 2 King Beds, Bunk bed is a twin over a full w/twin trundle & bonus room couch bed. Located .5 of a mile from the Uintah Rec Center, Utah Field House of National History is within .6 miles. Short 20 min drive to sought after Dinosaur National Monument. Many hikes, fishing & ATV trails to enjoy nearby!

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Downtown Hideout

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. 42" roku TV in the living room. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.

The Cottage - 1Bedroom/2Bed -Sleeps Four

A small, cozy cottage located one block away from the heart of downtown Vernal. The space is decorated with comfortable modern furnishing with a slight retro touch. This space would be perfect for a couple, small family or group of four. Inside you’ll find all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay and in the backyard there is a barbecue and seating area, perfect for an enjoyable summer evening.

Starlit Fossil Retreat - 5bed, 3bath home

Spacious 5-Bed, 3-Bed Retreat near Dinosaur National Monument, the Uinta Mountains and the Green River. Enjoy a Hot Tub, Above-Ground Pool, & Fire Pit, Walk to a beautiful park, 5-10 minutes to any local Grocery Store or Restaurant, & just a 17 minute drive to the Dinosaur National Monument. (2026 UPDATE: Due to drought conditions the pool and hot tub will not operate in 2026)
