Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, workout in the weight room, pop into the Haywood cafe for breakfast or lunch, or simply relax in the oversized studio unit which offers a gas fireplace, a king size bed, pullout queen size sofa-bed, and 2 single cots in closet. Kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction stovetop, toaster oven, toaster and coffee maker. Laundry facilities are just down the hall. 4 people max, 1 car max.

Micro two bedroom nestled in the trees about one mile south of downtown and the ski area. Decorated in a hip mountain-modern style, we have everything you'd need for a fantastic woodsy getaway. Sit on the massive sofa and stream a movie or enjoy the treetop setting from the large deck. This place is way cooler than your typical ski condo. Not ski-in, ski-out and not right in town, but hiking trails and the free town/ski shuttle are a few hundred feet away. Or walk about a mile to Main Street.

This cozy room has great access to everything you would want to do in Breckenridge. Walk one block up to the free bus stop. The room is on the small side, but it's all your's. Separate/private entrance to the room, no access to main area of house. The main home has long-term renters whom you will hear (if they're home). Please do not book if this is an issue😊. No more than 2 bodies in the room. One (1) parking space. If booking on the same day, give an hour before arriving if after 4pm.
