Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sits across the street from Lake Sam Rayburn and is just minutes away from Umphrey's Pavillon, several boat ramps, the Rayburn Country golf course, and local restaurants. With an extra wide, illuminated driveway, there's plenty of space to park 3 boats and relax after fishing all day. The back porch has a grill & picnic table that's perfect for a midday cookout, while the backyard fire ring was designed with a marshmallows roast in mind!

Located just 2 hours from Houston, our little lake house retreat is the perfect getaway. Whether you enjoy sitting around the fire with family and friends, hitting the lake for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just lounging on the large floating water mat, we have you covered. At the end of the day, fire up the Traeger grill or Traeger Flatrock griddle and enjoy dining out on the deck while taking in the amazing views of the lake as the sun goes down. This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away.
