The house is a charming 5 minute walk to downtown Jamestown and a scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge to Newport. There is a great bakery/cafe and a brand new playground a mere 250 feet away. Quiet and perfect for couples and families.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.

Entire private suite, includes queen bedroom, full bath, sitting room with small refrigerator and microwave, table and chairs - all with off-street parking and separate entrance. Walk to beautiful Narragansett Beach, shops, fine restaurants. Great value and location! Sorry, no pets. (The suite is located on the second floor.)
