The Cozy Island Home sits on a half acre in a quiet neighborhood between historic downtown (1 mile to downtown connector bridge), and Folly Beach ( 3 miles to Folly Beach). There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. There are many amenities like WiFi, full size mirrors and a washer and dryer. You can bring up to 2 cars and park in the driveway.

Grand Oaks Cottage: Ideal Location!

This charming cottage is a haven tucked off of Folly Road. Only 5 minutes from Folly Beach and 8 minutes from downtown historical Charleston. The porch over looks the large lot that is framed in by four majestic Grand Oaks that are draped with Spanish Moss, hence how the cottage was named. While relaxing it is possible to see the occasional deer, turkey, racoon and fox.
