My place is a studio room the area aprox 20m2 including bathroom and a small balcony. There’s a custom cabinet to prepare cook, storage for clothing. The bathroom have the hot water shower. And there’s a tv 42inch inside the unit and Netflix always ON, you can watch use Guest profile. The unit at 8 floors. The apartment itself have a lots of facilty like food court at the basement, farmers market, restaurants, coffee shop, barber place, saloon, drug store, laundry place, etc.
