The bedroom offers a king-size bed, desk, walk-in closet, and a remodeled bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for four. The villa also has a new queen-size sleeper sofa, hardwood floors throughout, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the building.

The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April.
